Breathe and Be Happy

Wherever you go, go with all your heart and your yoga mat (2)Find love each day.  Feel the sun on your face, the grass under your feet and the wind through your hair.  Go ahead and get yourself outside and breathe in some awesome fresh air.  Ecotherapy my friends, nature is great for our mind, body and soul.  Being outside is truly my best medicine.  It grounds me and relaxes the parts of me that hold tension.  It is also a humbling reminder that all things change and cycles are ever present in life.  Things will look different tomorrow, a month from now and so on.  We just need to remember to take some time for ourselves to rest, restore and reset.  So I encourage you to take a walk, call a friend, find the time to get back to nature and breathe.Oh and remember your yoga mat!  You just never know when you will find a great place to lay down and practice savasana😉  Breathe in the good stuff and release that which is not serving you anymore.  Breathe and be happy.
