I had been intrigued about working with Jenny for quite some time, and I finally decided to join The Rest Collective at a time where I had hit a complete burnout. I had lost myself in the busyness of caring for everyone but myself. I was in desperate need of something that was just for me that would recharge me without a huge amount of effort as I had nothing left to give. Jenny provided me with exactly what I needed and wanted. She creates a safe space that allows me to come back to myself. I can show up just as I am, in the privacy of my own home and I have access to her sessions at any time through the recordings. Yoga Nidra has reduced my stress and anxiety, provides me with mental clarity, rest, and it’s something I actually look forward to! Working with Jenny

I was introduced to Jenny through my Health Coach, Nicole Cowley. 
I had a series of terrible hardships in the past months, this resulted in increased anxiety, depression, and panic attacks.  
I wasn’t sleeping, eating well, or moving to release my stress.  I was basically frozen.
Jenny appeared as a guest lecturer during one of Nicole’s coaching calls to share her knowledge of Ayurveda and something called ‘Yoga Nidra’. 

Little did I know that Yoga Nidra involved laying down and being still- and not the typical yoga practice with challenging static and dynamic poses.  
During her sample of Yoga Nidra – I experienced the first night where I actually slept more than 4 hours…I was shocked.  
Jenny has such beautiful, non-judgemental/accepting energy that makes you feel very safe.  I was initially hesitant to participate in a ‘Zoom’ Yoga Nidra for fear that I would fall asleep.  However, Jenny helps me feel safe and holds space for my need for deep relaxation.
I look forward to my Sunday session with Jenny because it helps set me up for my week.
